Hello, my name is Eka

Why I Study Information system

I have a keen interest in both business and technology. To me, information systems represent the intersection of these two domains, where technology can be applied to enhance and streamline business operations, especially in expediting decision-making processes. Within information systems, aside from technology, there is the capability to strategize, develop, and implement systems to understand organizational needs. When these elements are combined, they contribute significantly to the success and sustainability of a business. In my perspective, information systems are closely linked to data, and I am particularly interested in studying machine learning for the development of AI, which is intricately connected to data processing.

What's Next after finishing my study

I plan implementing all knowledge that I gained during my study in my digital agency business and with addition to establish a new business in technology-based AI startup in the field of law or corporate legal services.

My goals at the age of 50 in Personal and Career

By the age of 50, my aspirations include achieving time and financial freedom while also making a meaningful contribution through my work that benefits society and the community.

Organizational Behavior for Goals and Solving

Behavior/Culture Issues

To implement the concept of Organizational Behavior to achieve company goals and address issues related to organizational behavior and culture, involves a series of actions and strategies as follows :

Evaluate the Current Situation

Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the current organizational behavior and culture. Identify any issues, barriers, or discrepancies that may exist between the desired culture and reality.

Define Desired Cultural Goals

Clearly define what kind of culture is desired to achieve the company’s objectives. These goals should be specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).

Communicate the Vision and Cultural Values

Communicate the desired vision and cultural values to all members of the company. Ensure that all employees understand and support this vision.

Leadership Selection and Development

Ensure that leaders within the organization understand and can practice the desired culture. If necessary, provide leadership training to help leaders create a suitable environment.

Employee Training and Development

Provide appropriate training for employees so that they can align their behavior with the desired values and culture within the organization.

Use Reward Systems

Establish a reward and recognition system that encourages the desired behavior within the organizational culture. This may include rewards for achieving cultural goals or recognition for employees contributing to the desired culture.

Employee Engagement

Support active employee involvement in building the desired culture. Involve them in decision-making processes and solutions to cultural issues.

Monitor and Evaluate Progress

Continuously monitor and evaluate progress toward achieving the desired culture. Use data and feedback from employees to assess whether there have been positive changes in organizational behavior and culture.

Conflict Resolution

Identify and address conflicts or obstacles that may arise during cultural changes in a constructive manner.

Long-Term Commitment

Remember that changing organizational culture is a long-term effort. Consistency and long-term commitment are required to achieve significant changes.

Evolution and Adaptation

Organizational culture is not static. Continuously monitor trends, gather feedback, and be prepared to adapt the culture to changes in the business environment.

Top Management Involvement

Ensure that top management supports cultural changes and sets an example through their own behavior.

Applying Organizational Behavior principles holistically and sustainably can help achieve company goals, improve organizational performance, enhance employee satisfaction, and address issues related to organizational behavior and culture. This is a task that requires patience, commitment, and the involvement of all members of the organization.
